Antique French ‘Boucher’ Table With Marble Top (SOLD)

Beautiful original French butcher’s table, with a cast iron base and marble top, the legs are classically designed large C-Scroll motifs with straight stretchers, with brass motifs that adorn the stretchers and frame, complete with the original red paint, the brass has been polished to showcase this stunning piece, the marble to the back does show signs of use but does not take away the beautiful look of this table. These butcher’s tables were used to prepare meat, while others were reserved as presentation tables in the patisserie shop’s window. This piece would make  a superb center table, kitchen table, or stunning console table for any hallway.
