Antique French Oak Wine Bottle

Antique oak bottles with copper banding are traditional coopered items, often French cider/wine bottles or decorative vessels crafted with staved wood and metal rivets. Notable pieces include mid-20th or antique French works featuring hand-shaped oak and tight copper bands, sometimes signed by master artisans like coppersmith Geraud Lafitte. 

This bottle is in a great condition, with a lovely patina to the Golden Oak, would make a lovely display piece or as an addition to any collection.
