A Superb 18th Century Dutch Tobacco Jar. Made from turned Walnut & Mahogany, with a fitted domed and inlaid Walnut & Mahogany lid that is centred with a raised urn shaped handle. The body has two reeded bands, comprises of alternate vertical staves of Walnut & Mahogany, all secured at the top and base by a narrow brass band which is set on beautiful bun feet. C1780

The Rare and superb Jar is in excellent condition, with lovely colour and patination, a great piece for any collector. (We have 3 different Jars available)
