A superb W.Houghton leather trunk. Made from leather, these trunks were made to store either hats or shoes, with a removable divider, brass studs to the base to protect the trunk while in transit. The makers label is for W.Houghton Trunk Makers Southampton Row London WC. C1880
This trunk is in superb original condition, would make a lovely storage piece or display.
