Art Deco Walnut Circular Shouldered Cabinet

Art Deco Walnut Circular Display Cabinet. Made from Walnut & Beech, of circular form with a shelf to each side (Shoulders). The two glazed doors have a cloud design to the glass and are hinged centrally to reveal two removable glass shelves, the backing has been repapered with a lovely sympathetic sail boat scene, the cabinet retains the original working locks & key. C1920  

Art Deco “round shoulder” or circular-shouldered cabinets were a popular style of furniture during the 1920s and 1930s, known for their streamlined, geometric elegance and use of luxurious materials. They emerged as part of the broader Art Deco movement, which emphasised modernity, craftsmanship, and a reaction to the austerity of World War I.

This cabinet is in a lovely condition, would make a great statement piece in any home.
