Vintage Ralph Lauren “Safari Range” Travel Trunk (SOLD)

A superb Ralph Lauren “Safari Range” Travel Suitcase/Trunk. Made from canvas with wood banding, leather edging and brass stud work, the inside reveals a removable top tray with straps, two original keys, and the RL maker label. C1984

Ralph Lauren presented his Safari Collection. Evoking Ralph’s vision of an African safari, the Spring 1984 Collection, and its subsequent ad campaign. 

This trunk is in amazing condition, and remains all original, it has been in a private collection for some years and therefore not actually been used. This piece would make a lovely addition to any collection.
