A Beautiful Corinthian Telescopic Victorian Brass Floor Lamp, with Corinthian capitals and classical ornamental motifs on a stunning reeded adjustable telescopic central column set on lions claw feet, with a weighted base.

This lamp is in the style of J Hinks & Sons, they had a foundry in Birmingham from 1835 and were responsible for the vast improvements to oil lamps, patenting the duplex burner for petroleum based lamps. Their trade stamp is associated with all good quality lighting from that period. C1880

The lamp has been rewired and PAT tested, if full working order.
