A Superb Large Vintage Brown Leather Suitcase, labelled Benjamin Trunk Maker 1 Clarges Street, Piccadilly, owned by lieutenant W.A.Morris of the 12th Lancers. C1900

The 12th Royal Lancers was a cavalry regiment of the British Army first formed in 1715. It saw service for three centuries, including the First World War and the Second World War.

This is a beautiful example of traditional leather luggage history.
