A decorative and large sorcerers mirror, with twelve reverse ground optics, surrounded by an etched half moon border. The mirror plate has age related oxidising and pitting, the frame is made from Mahogany.

Sorcerer mirrors were an early 16th century design, used to throw light around via the convex optics this giving them supposable magical powers hence the name. Circa 1820.
